Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

Courier Shipping (Canada Post & UPS)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Pure Bath Transportation Service

For selected local orders, we provide delivery through our own transportation service to ensure safe and reliable handling of larger items.

Delivery distance is measured as the one-way driving distance on Google Maps, from our Mississauga showroom to the delivery address:
6150 Dixie Rd #4, Mississauga, ON L5T 2E2

Delivery Areas & Conditions

  • PO boxes are not eligible for delivery.
  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday only, excluding statutory holidays.

Delivery Scope (Drop-Off Only)

To ensure safety and operational efficiency, our delivery service is drop-off only and does not include inside delivery.

  • Condo / Apartment — lobby only.
    We cannot deliver to your unit, and we do not use elevators or loading docks.
  • House / Townhouse — driveway only.
    We cannot bring items inside, into the garage, or up any stairs.

Customers are responsible for moving items into their premises after delivery.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, inability to contact the customer, or access issues at the delivery location, the delivery will be considered a failed delivery attempt.

In such cases, a redelivery fee may apply, and delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

FREE DELIVERY WITHIN 40 KM on orders over $2,000 (before tax).

Beyond 40 km, the standard rates above apply.

For delivery distances over 160 km and up to 400 km, please contact us to confirm availability and pricing.

Beyond 400 km

Delivery is not available. Please arrange your own carrier to collect your order from our showroom — we will have it packed and ready, and will coordinate a pickup time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery is normally completed within 5 days of your order. We always contact you to confirm the delivery date and time window before dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by extreme weather conditions, road closures, or serious traffic incidents. In such cases, delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe. We appreciate your understanding.

Help With Large Items

We operate with a single delivery driver. For large-size vanities and other oversized items, please have one able-bodied adult available to assist the driver at unloading. Let us know your item sizes when booking.

Please Note

Delivery does not include installation, assembly, unpacking, or removal of packaging. Please inspect your items on delivery — visible damage must be reported on the spot. Keep the driveway or lobby access clear.

Receiving & Inspection of Goods

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of receipt.

Please inspect the packaging, quantity, and visible condition before accepting delivery. Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If there are missing items or incorrect products in your order, please notify us by email at info@purebath.ca and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

  • Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and depend on the delivery stage.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.

Returns & Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees do not include return shipping.
  • For returns, customers are required to return items to our store in person.
  • We do not offer return pickups or prepaid return shipping.
