Beyond 40 km, the standard rates above apply.
HOW DISTANCE IS MEASURED
One-way driving distance on Google Maps, from our Mississauga showroom to your delivery address.
BEYOND 400 KM
Delivery is not available. Please arrange your own carrier to collect your order from our showroom — we will have it packed and ready, and will coordinate a pickup time.
TIMEFRAME
Delivery is normally completed within 5 days of your order. We always reach you to confirm the date and time window before we dispatch.
WHERE WE DELIVER TO
Condo / Apartment — lobby only. We cannot deliver to your unit, and we do not use elevators or loading docks.
House / Townhouse — driveway only. We cannot bring items inside, into the garage, or up any stairs.
HELP WITH LARGE ITEMS
We operate with a single delivery driver. For large-size vanities and other oversized items, please have one able-bodied adult available to assist the driver at unloading. Let us know your item sizes when booking.
PLEASE NOTE
Delivery does not include installation, assembly, unpacking, or removal of packaging. Please inspect your items on delivery — damage must be reported on the spot. Keep the driveway or lobby access clear.
