Return & Exchange Policy – Pure Bath
At Pure Bath, we strive to provide high-quality bathroom products and clear return guidelines to ensure a fair and efficient process for all customers.
Return Eligibility
Pure Bath offers a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
Returns brought back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process

If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how and when to return the item(s).
All approved returns must be returned to our store in person.
Pure Bath does not offer return pickups or prepaid return shipping.
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt at our store to confirm eligibility and condition.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the condition of the returned item(s) and the circumstances of the return.
Restocking fees may apply, but are not limited to, the following situations:
The applicable restocking fee will be determined after inspection of the returned item(s).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us:
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Exchanges
Pure Bath offers exchanges within 14 days of receipt, subject to approval.
To be eligible for an exchange:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or credited toward an exchange.
Items that do not meet the above conditions may be declined or processed as a return subject to applicable restocking fees.
Refunds
All approved refunds are processed after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected at our store.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Transactions
Refunds are strictly processed back to the original form of payment.
Digital payments and card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
