PureBath offers a 30 day return policy on products. To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@purebath.ca. Please provide your invoice number for proof of purchase, and all relevant products in the email, as well as the reason for return or exchange.
All returns, exchanges, and cancellations must be approved, and are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Products must be in original condition and packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be approved by PureBath before merchandise is brought back.
To start a return, please contact us at info@purebath.ca or +1 (647) 854-6440. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on further procedures. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged if:
Show signs that have been previously installed
Broken or scratched
Without the original invoice
Missing the original package or partially damaged.

Damages and Shortages
We work with top logistics companies to deliver orders, making sure each item is covered to guard against unexpected occurrences. It is crucial to stress, nonetheless, that the client is ultimately in charge of doing the first examination of the supplied items before signing the acceptance paperwork.
When your order arrives, please take the time to carefully check the items to make sure they meet the requirements and look for any potential damage. If any flaws or damages are found, they must be noted right once on the delivery form, stating that the items were received damaged and providing a thorough explanation of the issues found. This is a prerequisite for submitting claims for reimbursement for damaged products to the logistics company.
Please be aware that signing the acceptance forms without first inspecting the products instantly absolves the client of any liability for any potential damages, eliminating any future claims against the logistics business.
Additionally, please be aware that the shipping process is not our company's responsibility. The shipping procedure itself, including any delays or handling by the delivery staff, is outside our direct control, even though we make sure that every cargo is insured and select trustworthy logistics partners.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that your returned item has been received and whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post your refund.
Transactions
Refunds are strictly applied back onto the original form of payment and will take 10 business days to appear available back onto your account via card and digital payment methods.
