Pickup Policy for Online Orders Policy

Once your online order is ready for pickup, we will send you a pickup notification.

Please pick up your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the notification, or contact us within this period if you need to arrange a later pickup.

If your order is not picked up within 14 calendar days and no alternative pickup arrangement has been confirmed with us, the reserved items may be released back into available inventory and may be sold to other customers. We cannot guarantee that the original items will remain reserved or immediately available for pickup after this period.

Before coming to pick up an order that has been held for more than 14 calendar days, please contact us to reconfirm its availability. Orders that have not been reconfirmed may not be available for immediate pickup.
