Welcome to Pure Bath. We are committed to providing clear, transparent shipping information to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers.


Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

Courier Shipping (Canada Post & UPS)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Pure Bath Transportation Service

For selected local orders, we provide delivery through our own transportation service to ensure safe and reliable handling of larger items.

All delivery distances are calculated from our warehouse location:

Delivery Areas & Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to residential home addresses only, PO boxes are not eligible for delivery.
  • Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday only, excluding statutory holidays.

Delivery Scope (Curbside / Drop-Off Only)

To ensure safety and operational efficiency, our delivery service is curbside / drop-off only and does not include inside delivery.

  • House / Townhouse
    Delivery will be made to the driveway or garage.
    We do not provide inside delivery or carry items upstairs.
  • Condo / Apartment
    Delivery will be made to the main lobby or building entrance only.
    We do not deliver to individual units or provide elevator or stair carry-in service.
    For deliveries to condominiums, apartments, or buildings with controlled access, customers are responsible for ensuring all necessary delivery access arrangements are made in advance.

Customers are responsible for moving items into their premises after delivery.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, inability to contact the customer, or access issues at the delivery location, the delivery will be considered a failed delivery attempt.

In such cases, a redelivery fee may apply, and delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Time

All items listed on our website are stocked in Canada.

  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by extreme weather conditions, road closures, or serious traffic incidents. In such cases, delivery may be delayed beyond the estimated timeframe. We appreciate your understanding.


Receiving & Inspection of Goods

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of receipt.

Please inspect packaging, quantity, and visible condition before accepting delivery. Once an order is accepted, it is considered delivered in good condition unless otherwise reported within the required timeframe.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If there is any issue with your order (including damage, missing items, or incorrect products), you must notify us:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery
  • By email at info@purebath.ca
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

  • Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and depend on the delivery stage.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.

Returns & Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees do not include return shipping.
  • For returns, customers are required to return items to our store in person.
  • We do not offer return pickups or prepaid return shipping.
